Mixology Competition 2012
12/01/2012.
It's open to all the bartenders in Verbier.
There will be 2 rounds.
For the 1st round, all the competitors will have to create a cocktail based with Havana Club Anejo Reserva.
For the 2nd the competitors will pick up the ingredients (alcohol, fruit and herbs/spices) from a hat.
They have 3 mins to complete each round and will be judged on:
- bar work
- taste
- presentation
- personality
